Supply and Installation of the Quality of Service Monitoring System

The National Communications Authority of Somalia, under the Eastern Africa Regional Digital Integration Project, invites eligible bidders for the supply and installation of a Quality of Service monitoring system.

The assignment is based in Mogadishu and the published contract reference is SO-MOCT-FGS-567732-GO-RFB. The NCA notice states that bidding documents are obtained by written email request and completed bids must be delivered in hard copy to the Project Implementation Unit procurement office. Electronic bidding is not permitted and late bids are rejected.
