Paid advertising for verified organisations
Employer and procurement advertising on TayoJobs is a paid service. An organisation first creates an account and completes verification. Once verified, authorised staff can prepare an advert, choose the relevant advertising package and complete payment.
What the advertising fee covers
- Publication for the package validity period.
- A structured listing page that works on desktop and mobile.
- Organisation identity and verification display where applicable.
- Search, category and location visibility across the public portal.
- Listing management from the organisation workspace.
- Applicant tracking for jobs that accept applications through TayoJobs.
- Branded invoice and receipt records for paid orders.
Jobs and procurement are managed from one account
A verified organisation does not need separate accounts for recruitment and procurement. The same workspace can advertise a vacancy today and publish an RFQ, tender or call for proposals tomorrow, subject to the selected package and moderation rules.
Payment and publication workflow
After an advert is created, the selected package generates an order and invoice. The advert becomes eligible for moderation once payment is verified. Approval publishes it for the package duration. Returned adverts can be corrected and resubmitted without creating a second organisation account.
Source listings are different
TayoJobs may publish selected opportunities from authoritative original sources for discovery and public-interest coverage. Those records are clearly identified as source listings. Their presence is not a paid advert and does not imply a commercial relationship with the publisher.
Talent Search
Verified organisations may also purchase time-limited access to Talent Search. Search results include only candidates who have explicitly chosen to make their profile searchable to verified employers.
