Spectrum Management and Monitoring Equipment — Fixed and Mobile Units

The National Communications Authority of Somalia invites eligible international proposers for spectrum management and monitoring equipment, including fixed and mobile units, under the Eastern Africa Regional Digital Integration Project.

The procurement uses a Request for Proposals with rated criteria under a single-stage, two-envelope process. The proposer must be a legally registered entity in its country of origin. The official notice requires a Proposal-Securing Declaration and separates technical and financial proposal envelopes.
